10 things to remember when going back to school or work


1 - WEAR A MASK


2 - WASH YOUR HANDS


3 - Avoid sharing work stations/ supplies, and make sure to disinfect


4 - Social distance/ limit your interactions with people


5 - Watch your health, if you have symptoms take proper precautions


6 - Take care of your mental health, take time for yourself, and don’t be ashamed to talk to a therapist


7 - Make sure to take extra precautions if someone in your house is immunocompromised


8 - Contact your employer or school if you are immunocompromised to see what measures they may be taking (online classes, etc.)


9 - Talk to your friends/family/coworkers, it can help talking to people going through the same thing you are



10 - ONE MORE TIME:
